One Step Closer to a Free-Flowing Charles in Natick

Another win in Natick! The Charles River Dam Advisory Committee voted 16-2 in favor of spillway removal and restoration of the river. After a years-long process, the community is moving forward and formally recognizing that removing the dam is the right thing to do, for the river, for the Nipmuc Nation, and for the Natick taxpayers. Now, the decision moves to the Natick Select Board for deliberation. Read more in MetroWest daily news.
